
How do i lose weight fast and safe?
Im 16 years old and im a female that is 270 pounds i really need to lose weight in a fast way and a safe way also my height is 5′3. ill do anything it takes to get this weight off and im also willing to work out. my weight problem have gotten so bad that my doctor is talking bout me having diabetes. if u know anything please help
Ok here’s what you do eat about 3-5 small size portions like for breakfast try a yogurt, and like a banana or a piece of toast with peanut butter and banana slices very yummy and healthy! and for lunch try veggie stir fry like, carrots, broccoli,artichokes,onions,(just a little for some sweetness) and um…sesame oil, soy sauce, a little meat like chicken…and any other veggies you want, then its time for supper like a snack but not like cheese or crackers and stay AWAY from bread!! then dinner supper should be at 3-4:00ish then dinner at 6-7:30ish also try jogging or walking about 15 minuets for a few weeks then raise it a little like 25 Min’s then u can go always to an hour!! swimming and riding bikes works very well your getting the exercise in your legs and muscle toning…try not to lift weights or anything until you lose about 50 pounds …stay away from bread and cheese!! and drink lots of water about 5-8 glasses a day!
