Does anyone have any good exercises/foods to get rid of extra thigh weight?
you know that area on the inside of your thighs? how do you lose weight there? oh, and if you have any tips to help lose tummy weight, that would be awesome too.
Brisk walking
jogging
cycling
leg lifts (lie on your back , keeping you back flat on the ground and lift your legs up without moving your arms from your sides. After a few you can sooooo feel the pain ! lol
