What is a safe, fun, and quick way to lose weight?

I am a 15 and a half year old girl. I weight about 142 and believe it or not, I have not started my period yet, so that might be the cause of my weight, but I still want to lose weight now, so is there a fun, safe, and quick way for a girl my age to lose weight? I want to be around 110 or 115 at least. Also, it’s mainly around my stomach that I want to lose weight. Any way to lose weight will be appreciated! Thank you! :-)

when you sit down to eat, look at your plate, the divide it by half and eat only half!!!! your cup too!!!! i promise you will not die!!! and you will defenitely lose weight, and you will be even hotter!
