What’s the best way to lose weight quickly?

I’m looking to lose about fifteen pounds as fast as possible,I’m getting tired of having self esteem issues because of a bit of pudge on my belly and behind,what’s the best way to lose weight quickly and effectively??

The most effective way to lose weight is small changes in your lifestyle, limiting your calories, and CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE.

I cannot stress that last part enough. That is what will burn fat. You need at least 20 minutes in a session to see results, 30 is better, 40 is great. Pick something you enjoy (hiking, swimming, cycling, jogging, etc.)

Make small changes to your eating habits — choose water over soda at dinner. Replace white bread with wheat bread. Snack on low-fat popcorn instead of chips.

Park the car at the far end of the lot instead of the closest space. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Limit your calorie intake…go figure out your Basal Metabolic Rate, and aim for 500-1,000 calories less than that. Don’t eat less than 1000 calories per day, this will not help you lose weight but have the opposite effect!

Overall, fad diets don’t work and neither does strictly weight-training exercise.

1-3 pounds a week is healthy weight loss.
